Where offshore resources are engaged, access is limited to the information necessary to perform contracted services. This may include project documentation, technical specifications, configuration information, development artefacts and non production, de identified test data.

TechIntro does not permit offshore personnel to access customer production data, personal information or sensitive information unless expressly authorised by the customer and subject to appropriate contractual, privacy and security controls.

All offshore partners are required to comply with contractual confidentiality, privacy and information security obligations that are consistent with TechIntro’s policies and customer commitments. TechIntro remains responsible for the oversight and management of subcontractors engaged in the delivery of services.

Where third party technology providers operate infrastructure outside Australia, information may also be processed in other jurisdictions. In such circumstances, TechIntro takes reasonable steps to ensure appropriate privacy and security protections are maintained.
